Paradise a La Carte hosts in Madrid the most exclusive gathering ahead of the historic NFL debut in Spain
The most coveted gathering was not at the Bernabéu, but rather at a private banquet at the Four Seasons Madrid, where global leaders, haute cuisine, and contemporary art converged in a ritual of luxury.
If something defines ultra-luxury, it is the ability to choose where one is and with whom. On the night of November 13, while Madrid held its breath for the NFL debut at the Santiago Bernabéu, the most coveted access of the weekend was linked to an invitation whose influence transcended borders: the Royal Banquet conceived by Paradise a La Carte at the Four Seasons Madrid.
There, over 300 guests shaped one of the most exclusive evenings the capital has seen in recent years, a gathering that turned the city into a convergence point of power, culture, and sophistication.
Paradise a La Carte, a global luxury experience company that connects American innovation with European heritage, with offices in Miami and Madrid, designs tailor-made journeys and transforms memorable events into lasting connections. It has quietly redefined the way travel and major events are understood. Its ability to connect the extraordinary with the intimate was evident in an occasion that functioned more as a curatorial act than a dinner: an experience designed to transform a sporting event into a ritual of cultural immersion. In the Salón Sol of the Four Seasons, surrounded by a palatial atmosphere, corporate titans, league executives, Real Madrid executives, designers, tech founders, and diplomatic representatives shared a table in what the company described as a “sensory journey where past, present, and future coexisted in the same scene.”
A banquet as a total work
The menu, created by chef Diego Guerrero -two Michelin stars- served as the narrative thread. Each dish was part of a progression that traveled from the European splendor of the 19th century to an imagined 24th century. The musicians of Sonando Voy, Latin Grammy nominees, discreetly evolved between baroque, jazz, and electronic music, while the dancers of Compañía Elamor transitioned from courtly silhouettes to contemporary expressions. The jewels of Jane Bardot captured the light of a 3D mapping that transformed the hall from classic golds to a digital cosmos. It was during the seventh course, when the room completely transformed, that even the Real Madrid executives paused their conversations: the dinner had become a total staging.
The banquet was only the core of a broader program. Under the name “Beyond the Game: Madrid Without Limits,” Paradise a La Carte articulated six days of experiences reserved for a select group of attendees. The package included premium access to the game between the Miami Dolphins and the Washington Commanders, private visits to museums and ateliers typically inaccessible, and a culinary tour that featured seven Michelin stars at tables such as Coque, Saddle, and DStage. The logistics, executed alongside Aerovalue, ensured impeccable transportation and personalized cultural assistance at each activity.
“This game marks a milestone,” expressed Marilyn Samlut, co-CEO of Paradise a La Carte. “Madrid deserved more than a party: it deserved an experience worthy of the moment.” To achieve this, the company brought together a group of strategic partners that combined tradition and innovation, from NTT DATA and IWC Schaffhausen to Chopard, The Dalmore, Iberia, Galería Canalejas, Osborne, Cacao Sampaka, Vila Hermanos, and Cris for Cancer, among others.
The result was a weekend in which the city hosted an unprecedented sporting event and experienced a demonstration of how contemporary luxury has shifted from visual excess to a sense of belonging.
